Our commission plan works on a minimum deal value of AUD $5,000 excl. GST. Sales under $5,000 excl. GST will not attract a commission for the Partner. Commission is awarded at 30% of gross margin on any sale worth AUD $5,000 (excl. GST) or more in a single transaction. Commission is awarded on a one-off basis and will not be paid on renewal of services or add-on. Video partners will receive their commission on payment of the final invoice by the customer.

CCA makes no warranties of any kind with regards to the Products. CCA disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, as to the products, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will CCA be liable for any loss, damage or cost for breach of warranty.
All express or implied terms, conditions and warranties and representations are hereby expressly negated and excluded except to the extent that any implied conditions or warranty may not be excluded by law.
In the event of any breach of an implied warranty or condition which is not expressly excluded from these terms and conditions, CCA liability shall at the discretion of CCA be limited to:
CCA WILL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFIT, USE OF DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR OF INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
Because each room is unique, the Installation cost cannot be a simple and standard flat-rate price.
The estimation price per room is for labour during Business Hours. If you would like to proceed with the proposal, please fill out the Site Survey Assessment form* to establish the complete parameters of the Installation services and the final expected set up. It will allow us to assess all details in the room: power & data points, bracing, screen/table/cabinet/other furniture/windows/AC position, floor box penetrations, AV table connections box, AV/VC equipment, type of wall/ceiling/floor etc.
Our quotation is made on the assumption that the works will be carried out during normal business hours between 8:00am – 5:00pm local time Monday to Friday. Works outside of these hours will attract a surcharge.

You will be charged travel and a return to site fee of $190 excl. GST per hour to complete such works.
Any additional fees and charges associated with installations in remote areas (e.g. Air, Barge or Ferry costs) will be quoted on an individual basis and will be charged at an additional charge variation.
Installation time frames may change due to unforeseen circumstances, beyond reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy notification Periods and Charges are per below:
Video Conferencing Room Hire is charged in full for the times reserved, then in 15 or 30 minute increments depending on venue booked. The venue is only guaranteed for the times confirmed by Chorus Call for your reservation.
Dialling out from this venue may incur additional charges, please request a quote based on the connection time of your call.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a fee of 50% of total booking charges. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit 100% of all booking costs. Additional cancellation fees apply for booked catering or auxiliary equipment.

Support will be provided on all video hardware solutions purchased through Chorus Call Australia covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. A Level 1 Assessment will be conducted to diagnose the issue. If the issue is determined to be a hardware fault and the unit is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, support will continue until the issue is rectified. If the issue is determined to be related to the customer’s network, associated systems, or if the unit is not covered under warranty, a quote will be provided on the expected cost of support. Remote support is commonly used for software commissioning or unit configuration via a secured remote access on a local computer. On-Site Support is also available with a service technician for which a Call Out Fee will apply (min 2 hours).
