10 years ago a few ex Telstra employees started a small conferencing supplier known as Chorus Call Australia. 10 years, a decade! From humble beginnings we now handle hundreds of investor relations calls each season, service companies, large, small and Not for Profit for their day to day meeting needs, offer hosted High definition video, offer the only hosted solution provider of LifeSize ClearSea mobile video solution in Australia, sell audio and video hardware, provide web streaming services as well as offer and support a proprietary desktop and application sharing program. From humble beginning indeed, we now offer a complete suite of conferencing needs to the Australian market. As we have expanded our service offering two things have been the backbone of everything we do. Locally delivered and customer focused. We always are asking ourselves “what is the best outcome for the customer”. When mistakes happen, we seek to understand why and build processes around fixing them so no none experiences the same result. Sounds simple, but we live by it and are a much better organisation as a result.
There are many people, customers and suppliers who have contributed to our success and longevity. Too many to name individually. Needless to say all of you are appreciated, and we know that we would not be where we are today without your contributions. Thank you!
To celebrate our 10 years in business, Chorus Call has decided to make a donation back to some of the loyal Not For Profits that have used our services over the years…. But with a twist. Shortly we are going to come back with more details about how all customers and staff can vote for the charity they would like us to donate our cash and prizes to. We are very excited, watch this space for our “10 for 10” promotion.
